Party Onbici helps organisations turn cycling initiatives into rides people can actually join. Create a recurring commute, campus ride or Bike Bus — route, schedule and meeting point, set up once. Share it with the people it’s meant for, and watch riders join.
On the day, everyone meets up, follows the route and rides together.
Schools can run it as a Bike Bus, with timed stops along the way. Then see participation, distance and estimated impact in aggregate — without tracking individual employees or students. From one route to an ongoing program, Party Onbici helps communities ride together.
1. Create the program
Set the route, schedule and meeting points once.
One weekly series instead of organising every ride from scratch.

2. Invite your community
Share the ride with the people it’s intended for.
Who can see this ride?
- Public — Anyone can find it and join.
- Unlisted — Anyone with the link can see it. You approve who joins.
- Private — Only members can see it. You approve who joins.
- Organisation-only — Only people with your email domain — or members of your organisation — can see it.
The route, timing and updates stay together in one place.

3. Ride together
Participants use the same Party Onbici experience to meet, navigate and ride together.
- Meet at the meeting point
- Riders arrive and the ride starts
- Ride the route together, with directions
- Arrive at the destination
The program becomes an actual ride — not just a sign-up form.

On a Bike Bus
Riders join at their stop, and everyone arrives together.
- 🕗 8:05 · Home Street — 3 riders start
- 🕗 8:12 · Park Lane — +3 join
- 🕗 8:18 · Library — +5 join
- 🕗 8:25 · School — Everyone arrives together
4. Measure participation
See how many people take part, how far they ride and the estimated impact.
Organisation reporting is set up with the Party Onbici team. Reports download as CSV, Excel or PDF.

Program insights, not individual surveillance
Understand aggregate participation without turning individual ride histories into an employee or student tracking tool.
- Organisation reports show totals only — never a person’s rides, routes or GPS tracks.
- Ride organisers see who has joined their ride, with names and email addresses, as on any Party.
- During a ride, live positions are shared on the ride’s map — by default only with the ride’s members. Afterwards, no organiser or organisation admin can view anyone’s route history.
- If fewer than 5 people rode in the reporting period, the report shows no figures at all, and months with fewer riders are withheld.
That’s Party Onbici for organisations.

One platform. Three ways to get people riding.
Already running a cycling initiative? Party Onbici can support the program you already have rather than replace it.
