📡 Group Ride Radar
The headline of this release: a brand-new radar minimap that shows every rider in your group at a glance. Each rider appears with their direction and distance from you, drawn right on the map — so you can tell who’s up ahead, who’s dropping back, and which way the group is spread without squinting at a list.
Whether you’re keeping the bunch together or catching up after a stop, the radar gives you the whole picture in one look.
🧭 The map now follows your heading
The map rotates to face the way you’re riding, so “up” is always the direction you’re heading. No more mentally flipping the map when you turn a corner — what’s ahead of you on the road is what’s ahead of you on screen.
It’s a small change that makes navigating an unfamiliar route feel a lot more natural.
🔔 Always on the latest version
Two quiet additions to help you stay current:
- Your app version now appears in Settings, so you can see exactly which build you’re running.
- A friendly prompt lets you know when an update is available, so you never miss a new feature or important fix.
📱 Smoother map on more phones
We’ve tuned map rendering so it stays smoother on lower-end Android phones. If your map ever felt choppy while panning or riding, this release should feel noticeably better.
🔒 Security hardening
Behind the scenes, 2.0.3 strengthens how the app protects your data and your connections — including stricter certificate checks on every connection, tighter handling of links that open the app, and reduced logging of sensitive details like precise location. You don’t have to do anything; it’s simply safer.
🛠️ Fixes and polish
This release also clears out a batch of rough edges:
